Job Summary:\\t\\t\\t

The successful HR Generalist will provide support and assistance to the management team and be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior management. Will primarily consult the managers and leadership team and provide guidance from an HR perspective. Experience in a shop floor or manufacturing environment required.\\t\\t\\t

Summary of essential job functions:\\t\\t\\t

  • Advise on various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintain compliance with the employee handbook and policy and procedure manuals\\t\\t\\t\\t
  • Participate in developing department goals and objectives\\t\\t\\t\\t
  • Improve workplace through recommending updated policies and practices\\t\\t\\t\\t
  • Handle employee relations and counseling\\t\\t\\t\\t
  • Make recommendations and upgrades to all training materials when appropriate\\t\\t\\t\\t\\t\\t
