Great opportunity for a Design/Manufacturing Engineer to join a team winning team. This position is responsible for providing replacement part solutions in support of worldwide Service Parts requests. Primary areas of focus will be on electric motors, valves (check, control, ball, regulator, solenoid), pump/motor assemblies, fan assemblies, and heat exchangers.

Primary responsibilities are to provide engineering definition of ATEX compliant parts in support of Service Parts requests from the European Union and development of replacement part solutions for package and controls parts due to obsolescence from suppliers or production.

Replacement part solutions may also be required to meet other certification requirements such as CSA, NEC, or IEC as required. Additional duties include generating drawings (source control, retrofit kit) and required change documentation and providing engineering support to the Service Parts Materials and Sales departments.

*The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of turbomachinery products including engine, package systems, controls and gas compressors.

*Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

*Experience with gas turbine package hydro-mechanical systems is required.

*A strong understanding of national and international codes and standards related to product certification such as NEC, CSA, ATEX and PED is also required.

*Strong interpersonal, communication and teaming skills are essential.

*A working knowledge of BaaN and Windchill is a plus.
