Our client, based in San Diego, has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Support/Solutions Engineer.

In this role, you will be tasked with supporting new existing and new clients with technical support relating to products they have purchased.  The client manufactures RFID and M2M for customized solutions and they are seeking a candidate who is interested in this field.  Daily duties will include managing customer facing projects based on the client’s use with the products and being able to troubleshoot any errors that occur.  The job will require candidates who enjoy technology, work with customers, support from both infrastructure and software requirements. 

The requirements include having a background with Software and Infrastructure solutions.  Preferably, an understanding with Networks, Hardware/Software integration, LAN/WAN and protocols.  Any experience with RFID is a plus.
