Job Details

Provide strong individual and leadership performance in understanding Source2Pay (S2P) performance management, commodity industry trends and overall procurement processes, policies and procedures. Draft various types of policies and procedures across the S2P organization. Extensive experience in business process modeling and execution. Responsible for the performance tracking and reporting of the various management databases across S2P with established KPIs. Experience in change management implementation including training and monitoring for compliance.
  • Responsible for looking externally & internally across each functional area to support the development of the S2P strategic plan, goals and objectives with S2P Leads
  • Provide expertise in the development of procurement policies, procedures, guidelines across S2P function
  • Identify, develop, deliver and manage S2P trainings related to tools, processes, systems, controls and compliance
  • Develop or utilize criteria for evaluating S2P department performance Lead scorecard management and reporting as well as knowledge management for the S2P organization
  • Manage allocation of S2P funds; reallocate funds as necessary in support of new projects and programs
  • Manage budget, analyze budget trends, develop and measure KPIs, and manage business performance related technology
  • Design metrics for scorecard development and monitor scorecard results to drive remediation efforts
  • Facilitate the S2P organization governance model and develop knowledge management strategy for the S2P function
  • Monitor utilization of knowledge management tools and incentivize
  • Knowledge Management contributions and adherence to encourage cross category, functional area, and geographical learning
    Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years experience preferably in a global procurement organization. Strong knowledge of procurement/contract/AP tools, processes, policies and the associated technical terminology.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and market research skills.
  • Have a good strategic perspective on business issues complemented by effective execution capability.
  • High customer service skill set including ability to interact with senior management and present information in a clear and concise format.
  • Able to work independently and in a supervisory role.

  • Prior MNC experience

    Education Requirements
  • Engineering degree with an MBA (preferably finance)
