Job Details

The position plays a critical role within our international accounting structure as a liaison between our international and headquarters locations. This role will be responsible for activities such as: Coordinating with our international locations with regards to accounting and reporting activities Working cross-functionally in support of global external statutory audits, including reviewing statutory financial statements and being a liaison with external auditors and service providers to ensure compliance with local statutory filing requirements Assisting in the integration of acquired businesses, as well as the launch of any major business initiatives Actively contributing to process improvement initiatives, focused on standardization and automation opportunities Participating in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance program across all countries
Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a global environment (IFRS understanding and experience required)
Mix of public accounting experience (preferably Big 4) and business operations experience
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to clearly articulate complex processes to audiences with differing levels of understanding
Driven and prepared to take a hands-on and pro-active approach
Ability to operate in a diverse, global environment across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with systems implementation and process improvements Experience with legal entity management and compliance International and multi-unit business experience is highly desired Experience with Oracle enterprise software

Education Requirements Bachelor Degree in Accounting
CPA is preferred
